SLA Prototypes:
SLA is an acronym that stands for StereoLithography Apparatus.Stereolithography is the heart of ProtoCAM's rapid prototyping service, prototypage rapide,turning your 3D CAD drawing into a solid object. Most stereolithography prototyping can be completed in as little as 1 to 2 days, with larger projects typically completed in under 5 days.

CNC precision machining:
CNC Machining is the process by which material is removed from a workpiece with Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment that cuts away unwanted material. Machining is possible on virtually any material. Prototype Parts are machined directly from your 3D CAD models. you can choose the material : ABS, PP, PC PMMA ,POM ,PA6 ,   PA +30%GF ,Steel ,Aluminium ,Brass, etc.It's also a kind of  3D rapid prototyping technology for  prototype manufacturers.

Vacuum Casting:
Vacuum casting is a rapid tooling technology used when you need a low volume of your 3D CAD model made out of a PolyUrethane with properties close to real injected plastics such as ABS, PC ,PA ,PP ,Rubber etc. Usually a low volume will be run using this rapid manufacturing technology The main advantages of this process are amuch lower tooling costs and a quicker turn-around than traditional steel mould making. the lead-time to create casted models is around 5-10 days.This process is just formed in plastic prototype

Rapid injection mould:
The part charge is much lower and the tooling can last for hundreds of thousands of parts depending on the options selected. The prototypes are real products which shot with rapid injection mould.  Rapid injection mould refers to the process of making injection mould for the prototype, bridging, and short production run parts in less time and a reduced cost than full production mould. The injection mould typically made for prolonged production runs are very expensive and time consuming. In situations where production of injection mould parts requires fast-tracking and initial cost control, inexpensive and quick rapid injection mould techniques can produce moulds better suited to low volume production run.

Metal Casting:
Metal Casting is a manufacturing process where a solid is melted, heated to proper temperature (sometimes treated to modify its chemical composition), and is then poured into a cavity or mold, which contains it in the proper shape during solidification. Thus, in a single step, simple or complex shapes can be made from any metal that can be melted. The resulting product can have virtually any configuration the designer desires!
